June – National Aphasia Awareness – See how YOU can get involved!

The National Aphasia Association will be sharing several initiatives and encouraging you to let us know how you are “getting the word out” about aphasia in your own community.

First, we are excited to share that the NAA will be hosting MOVIE MONDAYS throughout the month.

You will receive the link for the film and any discussion every week in the newsletter and here on our website!

Calling ALL Aphasia Advocates:  We have a special initiative for YOU this month.  We’d like you to reach out to your local library with an exciting collaboration that they just can’t pass up!  We are going to help you help your community learn about aphasia through a DISPLAY that you will put together.  So get creative and you may even win a prize for your display.  Here’s the information you will need to get started!
